Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy describes how you may use Xriven, operated by The Career Mentor LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service.
Permitted Use
Xriven is provided for your personal career preparation — to understand, strengthen, and communicate your professional readiness. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Submit personal information about another individual — including another person’s resume, career data, or Readiness Signals — without that person’s authorization
- Attempt to breach platform security or access another user’s data
- Scrape, harvest, or overload the service
- Reverse engineer or interfere with platform systems
- Use automated bots or scripts without authorization
- Use the platform or its outputs to screen, evaluate, or make employment or other eligibility decisions about any individual, or furnish them to a third party as a consumer report (see the FCRA notice in the Terms of Service)
No Misrepresentation
You agree not to misrepresent Xriven as a recruiting, staffing, placement, or outcome-assuring product. Xriven provides career-readiness guidance only — it does not guarantee placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination as described in the Terms of Service (see “Termination”), and the indemnification and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms apply to any claims arising from violations of this policy. We may also take action where use compromises platform security or the experience of other users.
